1. Excellent Weather Resistance
Girafe 333 has passed 1000 hours of accelerated weathering testing and remains color-stable, resists chalking, and resists cracking under UV, ozone, and high and low temperature cycling. It also maintains its seal elasticity and deformation even in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +150°C.
2. Neutral Cure and Non-Corrosive
This neutral cure system releases no corrosive substances and is non-corrosive to common substrates such as aluminum, stainless steel, coated glass, concrete, ceramic, and stone, making it particularly suitable for high-end curtain wall projects.
3. Excellent Adhesion
No primer is required, achieving a tensile bond strength of ≥1.2 MPa on most building materials. The addition of a high-molecular-weight silane coupling agent forms a stable chemical bond with various materials, ensuring long-term resistance to detachment.
4. High Elasticity and Displacement Resistance
The cured silicone rubber exhibits excellent elasticity and can withstand ±25% structural displacement, ensuring that building expansion joints and curtain wall interfaces maintain a seal despite wind pressure and temperature fluctuations.
5. Water and Water Resistance
In the ASTM C920 waterproofing test, Girafe 333 demonstrated excellent waterproofing and sealing properties, providing long-term resistance to rain, moisture, and dust intrusion.
6. Excellent Workability
Comes in a single-component package and can be applied directly with a standard sealant gun. At 25°C and 50% relative humidity, the surface dry time is approximately 15–20 minutes, and the cure depth reaches 2–3 mm in 24 hours, making it suitable for both on-site and factory applications.

Restriction of Usage
- Cannot be used as a structural sealant
- Cannot be used on all material surfaces that will exude grease, plasticizers or other organic solvents
- Not suitable for use in airtight places, because silicone structural sealant needs to absorb moisture in the air to cure

- Not suitable for use on places that are continuously soaked in water or humid all year round

Maintenance
- Generally no maintenance is required. If the silicone structural sealant seam is damaged, remove the ineffective silicone structural sealant, clean the substrate surface, and then fill it with silicone structural sealant.
